A SUPERB Stay in Covent Garden!
helpful staff short walk
The location was indeed convenient for seeing a West End show. The theater was a short walk away. The staff was attentive and helpful, checking if everything met my needs and offering assistance with everything. It was proactive service. I also liked that the hotel smelled AMAZING!!!
I found that the bar was understaffed. One person worked behind the bar during busy times. I wanted to order food, but left due to the long wait.

the hotel location allowed easy access to several tube stations. i found the staff very helpful. my room had a nice size and good decor. the bed and pillows were indeed comfortable.
i wish the breakfast had included more fresh vegetables and fruits.

slow room service unresponsive staff
The location was convenient and the room was clean on arrival.
I encountered problems The room service was slow and the food I ordered arrived cold. I found the staff unresponsive when I raised my concerns about the delay and the temperature of my meal it was disappointing.
